• In construction and pre-commissioning stage, UP considers all FM actions such as material selection in the construction phase to make them environmentalist, efficient and economical. With an existing Facility Management Plan, defines the profiles and expectations of end-users (tenant, owner, worker, customer, patient, resident, supplier etc.) and manages the services by considering ecology, cost cutting, efficiency etc… UP not only packages the services; but also it integrates proper multiple service providers and teams, cuts costs and brings up the quality. UP pre-commissions different service areas from construction subcontractors (such as kitchens, parking, HVAC ...)
• In performance monitoring and control stage, according to the existing Facilities Management Master plan and service contracts UP follows the performance continuously by means of scorecards, checklists and KPIs; suggests the necessary improvements by the help of periodic controls.
